ANTI-SPAM POLICY

MailMailer support ONLY permission-based marketing practices. We simply DO NOT condone, utilize, or offer spamming services. MailMailer has implemented various policies and procedures that:

    1. Encourage permission-based marketing.
    2. Help prevent MailMailer from being used for the purpose of unsolicited email campaigns.
    3. Respond to all complaints suggesting Campaigner has been used as a vehicle to send unsolicited email.
Our customer support actively monitors large import lists and emails going to a large number of subscribers. Any account we suspect of conducting spam will be immediately terminated from use of the website while we investigate accusations. If you know of or suspect any violators, please notify us immediately.
Every email contains a mandatory unsubscribe link - those individuals who try to remove this link will be warned that they are doing so. If the link is removed or de-activated in any way, MailMailer will terminate the customer's account while we investigate occurrences.

What is Spam?
Spam is unsolicited commercial email (UCE), junk mail or bulk mail that has not been requested by the recipient. In addition to being perceived as intrusive, irrelevant and often offensive, it is also typical that spam emails do not contain an option to unsubscribe from the mailing list. Simply put, spam is the opposite of permission-based emails - those that are requested, anticipated, personal and relevant.

We encourage the Creation of Opt-in Distribution Lists:

Free Opt-in List Building - MailMailer enables our customers to put an "Opt-in" form on their website. This feature collects and stores an unlimited number of permission-based recipients, seamlessly and at no extra cost.

Viralocity -You can add "Subscribe now'' or "Forward it to friend'' below every mail campaign and increase the opt-in chances. Referral marketing succeeds more than a regular email campaign because email referrals create a personal touch, is pertinent and of interest to the recipient. We promotes sending referrals as it encourages people to send viable emails and attaches their personal information and email address to it so any reply email goes back to the sender.

Double Opt-in - All our clients can use an extra security feature in which an email address is not added to the recipient list until a confirmation email is sent and a reply is received. MailMailer is the only email marketing website that offers this feature.

UnSubscription Policy - Every email sent through MailMailer contains an Unsubscription link, and when a User unsubscribe from the list, the contact list is automatically updated to completely negate the possibility of sending unwanted emails to people unsubscribe from your website or through your campaign.
Responding to SPAM Complaints

If you think that you have been spammed, please forward the unsolicited email to abuse@mailmailer.com and pass on any other information that you think will help MailMailer in its investigations.

The Bottom Line
We take your privacy very seriously and it is our prime policy to protect our clients and affiliates against spamming. Our license agreement gives us the right to publish the names of any customer who has been terminated because of Spam complaints. We share this information with other permission-based providers to reduce the probability that the abuser will simply take their business to another provider and get past their controls.
