all of the above is Client Information.
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to
complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except
to the extent necessary to complete that order.
MailMailer will not sell, rent, or loan our contact lists or our customer's contact
lists (including customer data) to any outside firms nor will MailMailer use customer
contact lists for our own marketing purposes.
Data Security:
We follow appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to prevent
unauthorized access, secure your information we collect online, ensure the correct
use of your information, and maintain the data accuracy. We take every precaution
to protect our customer’s information. When users submit sensitive information
via the Web site, their information is protected both online and off-line.
Opt In Marketing
Clients can elect to receive, or not receive, certain information from MailMailer
or its partners. If so elected, such information will be sent to the email address
of the nominated Client representative. In this regard, MailMailer strictly
adheres to this permission-based email marketing policy. Except as mentioned
above, MailMailer will not send Client’s, nor their representatives, unsolicited
emails, commercial offers or advertisements. MailMailer will not sell, rent,
or loan Client Information to any outside firms nor will MailMailer use Client
Information for its own marketing purposes, other than as requested. All emails
sent to Clients, at their request, will have an option to unsubscribe. Unsubscribe
requests will be fulfilled within minutes and MailMailer will do everything
reasonably possible to ensure that no further communications will be sent to
Clients who have stated that they do not wish to receive the specified information.
All MailMailer partners who offer Clients information via email from the MailMailer
web site must adhere to this privacy policy and unsubscribe policy.
Recipient Opt Out
It is a condition of the Service Agreement, that Recipients will have the option
to unsubscribe / opt out of email campaigns. Both MailMailer and the Client
will observe such unsubscribe / opt out requests and endeavor to ensure that
no further emails are sent to the email address in connection with unsubscribe
/ opt out request.
Information Use by Third Parties
It is MailMailer policy to never provide your personal information to third
parties without your express permission or only in instances where such disclosure
is necessary to process transactions or provide services that you have requested.
We do not release personal information about you as an individual. There are
two exceptions to this policy. One - if MailMailer is compelled to do so by
an appropriately empowered governmental authority. Two - if MailMailer makes
the MailMailer technology or services available to you through its business
partners. MailMailer will not share with them any more information than is necessary
to perform the transaction you have requested. Where you have purchased our
services through a MailMailer partner, we may provide customer name and business
volume information to the partner. Such partners have agreed to use the information
only in regard to analyzing the success of the partnership arrangement. MailMailer
only does business with partners who agree to respect our Privacy Policy.
Contact Lists, Campaign Content and Reports
MailMailer ensures that all contact lists, email content and reports remain
private and confidential. MailMailer may scan the content of your campaigns
to ensure it complies with our Terms of Use - to protect against defamatory,
inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, or threatening material that is racially
or ethnically offensive.
MailMailer will not sell, rent, loan or invite external access to a customer's
contact lists. Nor will MailMailer themselves use customer's contact lists for
any purpose.
Information Exchanges and Transactions
SSL technology has been implemented throughout our application system. Information
exchanges and transactions, including authentication, passwords, contact lists
(uploading and storing online) and billing related data between you and our
application system are strictly protected using this technology. This ensures
that your session is completely private and secure from both external systems
and other customers using our system.
Credit Card Information
MailMailer allows you to purchase email-marketing services. When credit card
billing is chosen, information is transferred to MailMailer's Clearing House
Partner using industry-leading, secure transmission technology including SSL
and HTTPS (the transmission standard used for transactions by major financial
institutions). The information is then encrypted using Data Encryption Standard
3 (Triple DES) and stored securely so that it is ready to handle your transactions.
Financial transactions are verified through CyberSource, the leading provider
of Internet security solutions. CyberSource is accredited by all major Security and Privacy.
